We really enjoyed the Hedgehog Show presented by Miss P. from the Burlington Science Center. She taught us a lot about the animals from Jan Brett's The Mitten, especially the hedgehog! We learned about some of the hedgehog's special features, including how it protects itself and what it needs to survive. The students enjoyed meeting a real hedgehog and evening touching/holding it!
